 The participation fee covers:

• international conference participation
• conference materials
• CD
• coffee brakes and snacks

Deadlines and payment:

Applications shall be accepted until October 20th, 2011. The application also serves as an order form, and shall be used for payment purposes.

Deregistrations and returns:

Registered participants can deregister their participation under the following conditions:
• written deregistration note should be sent in email October 28th, 2011 the latest to: info@infokomteh.com.
• If deregistration is sent before or on October 28th, 2011 you will only be charged the EUR 50 administrative costs.
• There will be no participation fee refunds if deregistration is sent after October 28th, 2011.
• Refunds will be made after the conference conclusion. In your deregistration note please include all the details of your bank account where you want to receive your refund to.
